This project has 3 basic land phases.

These stages represent solid progress markers.

Just like the membership milestones these phases are remarkably small compared to many projects I have been involved with.

Construction work will be done by myself and any members of the Co100 that volunteer their time and energy to building the property.

Workers will be compensated with Coin of the Realm as laid out in the by-laws.

Phase 1

Survey, layout, survey, draw, walk around and layout again.

Build the Barn that has bathrooms and showers and clear out some early roads and primitive camping spots.

When the facilities are operating and there are 30 camp-able clearings "Phase One" will be considered complete.

Phase 2

The layout is finalized and the roads go in.

At this point all verified Co100 members will start claiming lots.

RV spots are cleared.

Period camping spots are cleared.

We run power lines and water lines as needed.

Build a Grand Hall and the Fief walls.

We build at least 2 more bathrooms/ shower houses for the period and primitive camping areas.

Phase 3

Finish the office, gate house and front gate.

Add any available parking lot space.

Finish dressing up the period camping area.

Build the list field, Baronial Pavilion and at least one village stage.

Finish up any roadways or infrastructure needs.

Future Expansion

 A portion of the companies profits will be invested towards expansion and emergency funding.

Expansion projects could include upgrading or increasing the number of bathrooms and or showers.

A Roman style bath house.

Performance stages.

Garrisons/ Bunkhouses.

Bleachers on the List field.

Parking.
