This project has 4 membership milestones.

At each level changes take effect that will impact the funds and operations of the business so make sure you understand these steps.

The most important steps are at 25 and 100 but the others also have an effect on the company.

As you can see the milestones are serious steps at very low membership numbers. I am amazed when I read this back to myself at just how low the numbers were. 100 people is just not a lot of people!

25 Members

The time has come to put your money where your mouth is. Within 90 days of the 25th share being spoken for everyone should have their $1000 in the bank. If I have to sell my Mustang to make my $1000 to start it off I will. That's how much I believe in this project.

Anyone joining after the 25th share commitment will be required to provide the funds for their buy in within 60 days.

We start officially looking for land and meeting with city councils and checking into purchasing the campground permits.

By my estimate it could take as little as 30 days and as many as 90 days to gather the next 25 people to reach the next milestone.

We start arranging the loan for the land with us paying 50% of the price as a cash down payment.

50 Members

As soon as an acceptable piece of land is found we buy it. At this point the maintenance fees will be a little higher until the full 100 shares are sold but once we have a tangible piece of property the last few shares should fly off the shelves.

As soon as we have the land we start building so at only the second milestone we are under real construction and hold a tangible asset in the land.

75 Members

 The paperwork is finalized and the campground should be well under construction. We are getting ready to become a LLC and almost ready to open a campground.

People will be claiming their spots and roads will be made across the land.

100 Members

 At this point we all sign a new contract, become an LLC and everyone has their own piece of land and a piece of a renaissance themed campground. There will be a feast hall and some buildings up on the land and some people will be living in the village and we will be well on our way to what may well be some very interesting times.
